SystmOnline allows you to view and update your records, book and manage appointments, and order repeat prescriptions.
To register to use SystmOnline:
- phone us using the details on our contact us page
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist during our opening hours
AccuRx
AccuRx allows you to submit queries, your own health data, and requests for repeat prescriptions to the surgery.
You can access it using your NHS account.
NHS App
The NHS App allows you to access a range of NHS services. You can download the NHS App on your phone or tablet. You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website.

If you need help to use the NHS app, view your online medical records, order prescriptions or submit online consultations to the practice, you can now find the help and support you need from the East Riding Progress Online signposting tool.
The tool is quick and simple to use and provides access to local and national directories of digital help, support and training programmes. It identifies the resources people need based on a set of eight simple questions, including where the nearest location is that provides what they are looking for.
The tool is completely free to use, ensuring that everyone can use and benefit from it.
